NOTE: At this time, bitmaps are only supported in CADFusion projects that target the A3200 motion control system.
In the Home tab, in the Create group, click Bitmap.
The Create Bitmap dialog comes into view.
Click Pick an Image and select an image from your system. You can select the image file types that follow: .bmp, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .tif, .tiff.
In the box next to Marking Pixel Size, select or enter the marking pixel size.
Assign a tool to the bitmap. In the Tool dropdown, select an existing bitmap tool from your tool catalog or select Create new bitmap tool.
Click OK. Your cursor will be loaded with the image that you selected.
To position and size the bitmap on the canvas, use one of the procedures that follows. The status bar shows instructions to configure the properties.
On the canvas, click to specify the location of the bottom left corner of the bitmap. Click on the canvas again to specify the location of the top right corner of the bitmap.
In the Properties pane, type the coordinates to specify the locations of the bottom left corner and the top right corner of the bitmap image. Click the Finish button to continue. Or click the Cancel button to cancel the operation.
